1 loaf of French baquette, sliced into pieces of 1.5cm thickness
1 cup of coarsely grated good Parmesan cheese
3 large eggs
3 tbsp of cream or milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Break the eggs into a bowl, then add the cream or milk, salt & pepper. Beat the mixture up with a fork. Dip the bread lightly into the mixture on both sides and then dab it into the grated cheese. Place 2 tbsp of oil into a frying pan, and fry the bread until slightly golden brown, and flip it to fry the other side. Serve them hot.
