Sweet Potato Balls

Sweet Potato Balls

500 gr   pink sweet potato, steamed, mashed it
2 tbsp   fine sugar
3 tbsp   flour (tepung sagu)
½ ltr     oil for frying


  1. Mixed well mashed sweet potato, sugar, and flour. make into 'golf ball' size.
  2. In medium heat, fried till golden brown and served.
