Mushroom Fried Rice


Ingredients

  • 1 kg Cooked rice - cooled
  • 10 pcs Chinese mushroom - boiled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mushroom sauce
  • 200 gm Minced chicken breast meat
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons QBB
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad, tomato and cucumber - for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat QBB and saute garlic, minced chicken and chinese mushroom.
  2. Put in rice, mushroom sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Put aside rice in the wok, break egg in the middle of wok, leave for a while and stir with rice evenly and fry.
  4. Garnish with salad, tomato and cucumber.


Serving : 8 persons
Preparation time : 15 minutes
