- Heat QBB and saute garlic, minced chicken and chinese mushroom.
- Put in rice, mushroom sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Put aside rice in the wok, break egg in the middle of wok, leave for a while and stir with rice evenly and fry.
- Garnish with salad, tomato and cucumber.
