Ingredients A
150g butter
150g castor sugar (or icing sugar)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence

1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Ingredients B
Mix together;
100g white chocolate (chopped)
1 cup chocolate chip
2 cups Kelogg’s Corn Flakes crushed
1 cup almond, chopped

1) Cream ingredients A till light and fluffy.
2) Add in egg and vanilla essence and beat for 1/2 min.
3) Fold in sieved ingredients.
4) Mix in all ingredients in B to form a dough.
5) Spoon mixture on a greased baking tray.
6) Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 175C for 15 minutes or till golden brown.
