Hazelnut Rosettes

Ingredients
250g Butter
75g Castor Sugar
55g Ground Hazelnuts
250g Plain Flour
Some Chocolate Chips for decoration

This is how I make the cookies.

Method
1) Preheat the oven to 180C
2) Use mixer to beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3) Then, add in the ground hazelnuts. Using the mixer, continue to beat until it is well combined.
4) Use mixer to stir in sifted flour. The dough is very soft.
5) sthingy the cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with large fluted tube.
6) Placed small paper patty cases on oven tray.
7) Carefully pipe cookie dough into stars shapes into small paper patty cases.
8) Place one piece of chocolate chip on top of each of the cookie dough.
9) Baked in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes or until browned.

10) Take it out from the oven and cool in cases.
