Cheese Straw
400 gm plain flour
100 gm cornflour
250 gm butter
250 gm cheese (grated)
1 egg (beaten)
pinch of salt & pepper

Mix both flours together with pepper and salt. Add butter (rub-in method) and add in the grated cheese. Mix all the ingredients well and then add in the beaten egg. Roll the dough and cut into desired shape and glaze with egg yolk (optional). Bake till golden brown.
