Sausage Bread Rolls

Ingredients :

10 Sausages (beef or chicken) ~ poached
10 pieces white bread
1 egg ~ lightly whisked
Enough bread crumbs
Oil for frying
For the glue : (Mix to form thick paste)

1 teaspoon flour
a bit of water

Method :

Roll thin each piece of bread.
Place one sausage on the bread and roll. Put a bit of 'glue' at the end of the bread.
Dip the rolls in the egg and coat with bread crumbs
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry till golden brown. This process won't take long.
Remove from oil and onto a kitchen towel.
Ready to serve.
