Simple bake potato

4 large potatoes (russet potato)
1 large onion, sliced
2-3 cups full cream milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 -3 tablespoon flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt, seasoning and pepper to taste
Dried basil and dried thyme

Peeled the potatoes, cut into half and boil until halfcook. Drain and slice thickly.
Arrange sliced potatoes in an oval shallow dish follow by sliced large onion.
Mix all the other ingredients and pour onto potatoes and onion. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese and dried herbs.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 180C. Serve with grill chicken and salad.
