BOTOK-BOTOK FISH/IKAN

Ingredients:

Spanish mackerel (1 packet)
Bay leaves
Coriander seeds
Galangal
Garlic
Chili paste
Grated coconut
Eggs
Lime leaves
Tapioca leaves
Banana leaves
Asam pedas paste  



Method:


Grind grated coconut, galangal, coriander seeds, an egg and mix with asam pedas paste. On the aluminium foil, lay bay leaves, tapioca leaves and banana leaves nicely. Spread the mix onto it. Place the fish and spread the mix onto fish again. Wrap it up nicely.

Ikan tenggiri (1 paket)
Daun salam
Ketumbar jintan
Lengkuas
Bawang putih
Pes cili
Kelapa parut
Telur
Daun limau
Daun ubi
Daun pisang
Asam pedas pes


Cara-Cara

In Malay

Kisar kelapa parut, lengkuas, ketumbar jintan, telur satu bij dan campurkan dengan pes cili. Di atas kertas aluminium, letakkan daun salam, daun pisang dan dan ubi. Sapukan rempah dan letakkan ikan. Sapukan rempah sekali lagi ke atas ikan. Bungkus dengan rapi.
