Biskut Suji Klasik (1)

Bahan-bahan:
5 cawan tepung gandum - ayak
1 1/2 cawan tepung suji / semolina -  blender halus
1/2 cawan tepung kastad - optional (sape suke suji rangup boleh campur skali)
3 cawan gula halus
Ghee secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Gula dan semua tepung dicampur sekali ke dalam mangkuk besar.
2. Campurkan ghee sikit-sikit sampai adunan boleh dibentuk bulat2.
3. Susun atas loyang bakar and bakar pd suhu 160 deg. celcius selama 20 min (bergantung pd oven).

Nota:
Adunan nie boleh dapat byk biskut tau, so kalu nak sikit je buat separuh adunan dah cukup.

Biskut Suji (Ghee Cookies)


Ingredients

400 gms flour
250 gms castor sugar
250 gms ghee
A pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation method

1. Melt ghee over a low heat and let cool.
2. Mix the sugar, salt and flour together. Pour in the melted ghee into the dry ingredients and blend well. The mixture should be soft and if it's too sticky, add a little bit more flour.
3. Form little balls with the dough and place on baking tray. Bake at 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or when they're done.
4. Let cool and then roll the cookies to coat with some castor sugar. Keep in airtight container.

P.S.this is soft, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits is so easy to make

Biskut Suji- Ghee Biscuit

Ghee - 1/2 cup
Icing Sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
Plain flour - 1 1/4 cup
Salt a pinch

How I Made,

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F (gas mark 4 or moderate heat) or check instruction in your oven manual for biscuit/cookies.
  • Mix ghee and sugar in mixing bowl and whisk well till it form like cream.
  • Now add salt,baking powder and flour.
  • Knead all well together ,make dough like for puris.Dont make rough or hard dough or biscuit would be to hard to bites.
  • The dough should be slightly sticky on your finger.
  • If ur dough is too sticky,add more flour.
  • Then make small balls and place it in baking tray and bake.
  • While baking you will get good ghee smell.If it turn very light brown in the bottom or it didnt stick on the tray ,remove from the oven.Leave for sometime to cool.Then store in air tight container.
P.S.
 This is an easy and simple cookies with few ingredients.Whoever never tried baking biscuit /cookies earlier....can start with this biscuit.Ghee biscuits are too soft and would easily melted in mouth ...a right choice for kids and old people.

BISKUT SUJI

Bahan-Bahan

1 kg tepung gandum

1 tin sederhana (16 oz) minyak sapi QBB

1 tin sederhana gula pasir (tin yg sama dgn minyak sapi) - di kisar jd serbuk

1 genggam tepung suji


Cara:

Gaul kesemua bahan dan uli hingga sebati. Kemudian bentukkan menjadi bebola kecil. Saiz terserah kpd citarasa anda. Bakar di dalam ketuhar sgn suhu kira-kira 160- 170 darjah Celsius sehingga masak.
