CHICKEN KORMA

Today have little story about the dish I had cooked, Chicken Korma, went to 'mama'(Indian) shop for korma spices, the young man looked blurred, then I went to search on the shelves and noticed the spelling was KURUMA, then the young man with his mother tongue slang said..oohh KURUMA spices...not korma, haiz...(juz a different slang...) So happily cooked the KORMA dish (Malay dish)but actually my hub wanted was Indian kuruma dish...haiz....Anyhow today the recipe will be Indian Chicken Korma .(well even though the names are almost alike meaning Korma and kuruma but the gravy tasted different)

(P.S- I like this chefs' cooking, so far I had tried and was sucessful, thumbs up to chef Sanja Thumma for sharing)
