SAMBALS

air liur melele...ngok sambal 2 ni kan....



SAMBAL BELACAN BUAH BINJAI

1 biji buah binjai yang masak ranum
3 biji cili merah
7  biji cili padi
1 inci belacan ~ dibakar
Sedikit garam kasar
Secubit gula
1 biji limau kasturi


Buah binjai dikupas kulitnya, dan diracik-racik ~ ketepikan
Dalam batu lesung, masukkan cili merah, cili padi, garam kasar, gula dan belacan yang telah dibakar.
Tumbuk semua bahan hingga lumat
Kemudian masukkan sedikit hirisan buah binjai dan lenyek sikit dalam lesung.
Masukkan baki hirisan buah binjai tadi , perahkan limau kasturi dan gaul rata.

15 tangkai cili padi
3 batang cili merah
sedikit belacan bakar
1/2 biji bawang besar
1 biji buah mangga separuh masak ~ di hiris halus
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Tumbuk kesemua bahan kecuali mangga hingga halus
Masukkan mangga dan gaul rata
akhir sekali masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa

sambal kicap ni boleh di makan dgn soto, mee sup , pisang goreng dan lain2 yg sewaktu dgn nyer... ita tak de sukatan yg khusus so agak2 aje lah ye...

bawang putih
kicap manis
sedikit garam
limau kasturi

Semua bahan di atas di blend kecuali limau kasturi. setelah siap masukkan dlm mangkuk dan perahkan limau kacau rata.

5 biji cili merah
7 bijij cili api
3 cm belacan

2 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu teh asam jawa - klu boleh beli yg dah tak de biji supaya tak payah bubuh air.
secubit garam

1 sudu teh gula
air limau kasturi


Tumbukkan atau  mesinkan semua bahan kecuali limau kasturi sehingga agak hancur.
Masukkan dalam mangkuk dan gaulkan rata.
Perahkan air limau kasturi dan hidangkan dengan nasi panas2... berselera...sangat...
